Before any kid can confirm a job, a parent reviews the full details — who the customer is, what the work is, what the pay is, and the address. Nothing moves forward without their sign-off.

In-app messaging only

All communication with the kid or their parent goes through the app. You don't share personal contact info, and neither do they.

Verified profiles & reviews

Every kid profile is created by a parent who verified their identity. Reviews accumulate over time — you can read what other customers said before accepting an application.

Payment is handled entirely in-app after job completion. You don't need to have cash on hand, and there's no awkward payment moment at the door.

If something goes wrong, contact support. We work with both the customer and the family to make it right. Kids can be removed from the platform for serious violations.

  • I'm wearing appropriate safety gear (gloves, eye protection, hi-vis if needed)
  • I know the exact address and how to get there
  • I have the customer contact info saved in the app
  • My parent knows when I left and when I expect to be back
  • I have water and I'm hydrated
